1. The AC wing is mouldy, and the filter inside is dusty. Needs clean, demould and disinfection. Mould prevention chemicals are welcome. 2. About 1.5 m of silicone needs to be replaced in a shower stall due to growing mould. 3. Toilet cistern lid needs to be de-moulded and cleaned from the inside. Some mould prevention chemicals would be welcome.
Anthony removed the mould from the AC and toilet canister well, as well from the shower basin silicone, however we paid for and he was instructed to replace the silicone, not only to clean it. We also agreed to meet between 10:30 and 11:00 am and he arrived at 12:35, so we waited over a hour outside of the place for no reason (we don't live in the work area). Overall we're happy.
