We’ve just moved house and opened a fridge/freezer that had unfortunately been left switched off and closed during storage. There is now significant mould throughout the fridge and freezer. Photos attached show the current condition. Looking for someone experienced and comfortable with heavy-duty appliance cleaning/mould who can completely deep-clean and sanitise the fridge and freezer. The job needs to include: Remove and clean all shelves, drawers and removable parts Thoroughly clean fridge interior Thoroughly clean freezer interior Clean door shelves/compartments Clean rubber door seals/gaskets, including inside folds Clean removable ice maker and surrounding area Clean drainage hole/channel and any accessible drip areas Clean accessible vents and air passages Remove all visible mould, grime and residue Sanitise all food-contact surfaces appropriately Dry everything properly Reassemble fridge once finished We want it left visibly clean, dry, odour-free and suitable for food storage, rather than just having the visible mould wiped over. Please bring all your own cleaning products, PPE, gloves, equipment, cloths etc. If during cleaning you find mould has penetrated inaccessible internal ducting, insulation or other areas that can’t reasonably be cleaned, please let us know rather than simply covering/cleaning over it.
