Two-storey townhouse in Subiaco, currently tenanted. Mould on ceilings, cornices and walls in 1 bedroom — worst around the upstairs air conditioner and near the ceiling vents. Photos attached. Important: this has been cleaned by the tenant before and has come back worse and spread further. I don't know how they went about it but I don't just want it wiped off — I want someone who can tell me why it keeps returning & treat it properly. Two parts to the job: 1. Treat and remove the existing mould properly — ceilings, cornices, walls and blinds in the main bedroom (also check around other rooms just incase) 2. Assess what's driving it and tell me what you find — ventilation, the split system and its condensate line, any sign of water ingress, exhaust fans, roof or gutter issues.
