Looking for cat odour clean of hallway, 1 bedroom, and some edges around the dining/living room area. I do not need the whole carpets cleaned for example, it's mainly just where there is cat pee, which I have marked using a UV light. We purchased a lounge and the person selling failed to tell us how bad the couch smells of her dog. It’s so bad it’s making my whole living Room smell of a dirty dog and we don’t have pets. Bruce assured me my lounge stench would be removed however it smells exactly the same. Was basically a waste of money unfortunately I tried to contact him to let him know as he assured me he would come back or doesn’t work don’t pay and he has not acknowledged my message. Really unfortunate wouldn’t use him again.
