The Issue: Following a recent signage installation, several black scuffs and handprint smudges have been left on our white storefront framing (specifically around the top of the vertical "EYETESTS" sign). Additionally, our high external glass windows have accumulated dust and bird droppings. The Job: The task is to professionally clean the shopfront. The scope of work includes: 1. Frame/Facade Cleaning: Carefully removing all black smudges and marks from the white aluminum framing (as shown in the photos) without damaging or scratching the powder-coated finish. 2. Window Cleaning: Thoroughly washing and cleaning the external glass storefront panels to remove all dust, grime, and bird droppings to a streak-free finish. Requirements: - Proven experience in commercial window cleaning and facade cleaning. - You must supply all your own professional cleaning equipment, including appropriate ladders or extension poles to safely reach up to 4 meters high. - You must use suitable, non-abrasive cleaning agents to protect our storefront finishes and glass. - Must be able to work safely within a busy shopping centre environment. - Public liability insurance is required.
