Foul smell in the house,

My place at the moment is pretty organised and cleaned. I have a 2 bedroom place. I just need someone to scrub stains from the floor and walls, that were left behind from my kittens, and to get rid of their odour that’s around the house. I wouldn’t mind a wipe down on things, like the kitchen and bathroom. But the main thing is my floor and the smell. I feel like a reasonable price for it will be $260, of the bathroom grout can be replaced, then I wouldn’t mind paying extra.
