Its a motor and remote operated Awning and extends full. It just needs to be realigned and adjusted to the correct position as one side is tilted downword and its too low on full extension.

After a quote for a power point with USB connections. Dwelling: Apartment Location: St Kilda Walls between closest Power Point in bedroom and where I want the install are plaster. Not 100% if I'll go with the USB power point or just standard yet. Depends on price.

**No idea what the price would be so haven't set a budget. Just let me know the cost please** Looking for 2 different people or maybe the 1 person here. Firstly, two of the arms on the right of the photo are wonky which means when the awning comes out its uneven. They need fixing. Secondly, it seems like the motor isn't working. This could be a minor electrical issue on the switchboard as it was working last week or the motor may need looking at. Thirdly, (not essential) if there is anyone that I can replace the material on there currently with branded material to replace the one there, that would be great.

The light switch in our bathroom has ‘broken’ - the switch is hovering in the middle and won’t ‘click’ to either side. As a result the light won’t turn on. I’m not sure if this can be fixed or if the switch will need replacing. There is no natural light in this room so we’d love to get it fixed asap.🙏 Also, in the same room we have a power point (two outlets on one plate) that we would like to have investigated - it might be completely fine but we’d rather be safe than sorry.
