The awning window in my high rise apartment is not closing properly and is misaligned. There is a gap on one side that is not sealing so it's letting air & noise in. Either needs to be realigned or repaired.

Shower ceiling has collapsed after a water leak from apartment above. I’ve now fixed all the leak issues.
