Window seals on awning window needs replacing. Materials to be provided by repairer please. Internal access only. (difficult to photograph effectively, but top seal has come loose causing massive water ingress in storms)

Two awning window handles need to be replaced in my unit.

The wall has a rectangular hole. To repair it, fill the hole with drywall compound, smooth it out after drying, and the surface to blend with the surrounding wall

I don't know what happened but it doesn't open.

There is a round crack on the drywall of around 20cmx10cm. Imagine slapping the drywall with your hand and forming a crack on it, it is around that size. I am looking for someone to fix that and paint it so that it is not visible.
