Hi there, We are moving out of our rental property in two weeks and need to repair minor drywall damage left behind from anchoring two large wardrobes.There are a few small screw/anchor holes and exposed wall anchors across one plasterboard wall that need to be professionally patched, sanded, and painted to match the existing wall. The job includes:Removing remaining wall anchors/screws cleanly without causing further damage.Patching and filling approximately 4-5 small holes/scrapes with plaster compound.Sanding the patches completely flush and smooth.Color-matching and painting over the repaired spots so they are invisible to a rental inspection. Requirements:Please bring all your own tools, plaster, sanders, and painting equipment.You will need to help sample/match the wall paint (it is a standard rental white/off-white). There is a round crack on the drywall of around 20cmx10cm. Imagine slapping the drywall with your hand and forming a crack on it, it is around that size. I am looking for someone to fix that and paint it so that it is not visible.

Basically plastering work. An internal dry-wall separating 2 bedrooms needs to be shifted to make 1 BR smaller and the other larger. This would require altering adjoining sidewalls and creating entry to the smaller bedroom. So, existing wall demolition, creating a new wall, opening up entry to 1 BR, plastering & waste disposal.
