We are having trouble getting our bond back and believe these should be fair wear and tear but would like to explore getting them repaired. We would need an invoice for works completed as well as a proper business quote prior to works to be able to send to the real estate agent. Photos attached. We have a very small section on our wall that has been damaged. We need someone to plaster it and repaint it. Matching paint is provided, but must supply own tools and paint brush.

Hi I have a brick room and want to install plaster board. (room is approx. 3.8 x 4.2) with 2.4m height Please read the below details carefully - The room had mortar on walls and ceiling which has recently been removed. - There are mortar gaps and cracks in the wall(as per picture) but it will be fixed before the work - Most of the walls are un-even and you would need to install batten. - We have an existing skirting as well which I want to keep and gap between skirting and wall around the room is different(30-60mm) so you would need to do some work smart work installing batten (as per picture) - After batten and plasterboard is installed, I need cornice and ceiling rose put as well ( I will provide cornice and ceiling rose). Picture of cornice and ceiling rose is attached as well - I want cornice and ceiling room installed in a hallway as well (1.5m x 6m).(this is separate from the room). Hallway is painted so you would need to scrub the paint off where cornice and ceiling rose will touch for proper installation. Please provide quote with labor and material (except cornice and ceiling rose)

Seeking a plasterer to patch 3 holes. I where a ceiling fan was installed and 2 where electrician needed access into wall cavity. I can complete sanding and painting afterwards.
