Hi there! I don't have the correct tools for this job, but needing someone to screw the 3 brackets in above my blinds. It's a rendered wall so therefore requires a special drill/parts

Handyman tasks : We have a series of handyman jobs that need to be completed. - The biggest job is a short length of brickwork that needs to be rendered on a balcony. (see image). Looking for someone with experience rendering due to the design of the brick this may be a more challenging task. - The second is a gap along the length of the underside of a windowsill needs to be filled. This is largely to stop any airflow coming through or heating going out. - A stair-rod has fallen off and needs to re-affixed (see image appears was applied with liquid nails type adhesive) - A metal steel plate needs to be re-affixed onto an internal door. Will need to provide all own tools and equipment for works & please provide past examples of work if applicable. The main task is the brickwork rendering so this would be the priority.. Happy to negotiate on price.
