Had chimney flashing redone but they did a poor job and made it worse. The fireplace has a plastered finished and there are some damp spots in the plaster where the water has pooled. Someone looked at it last week through the man hole and could see water coming through where the flashing is. Also some nail holes on tin roof that need to be covered from the guy who did the flashing. They couldn’t complete the job in the end so looking for someone who can. You will need fall arrest equipment. - Due date: Flexible
