Shower Leak & Repair Work Needed My shower is leaking, which has caused a couple of additional issues. I’ve already had someone assess it, and the recommended work includes: • Reinstate shower recess floor tiles • Repair drummy/loose floor tiles • Apply epoxy grout throughout • Detail the drain waste • Patch and repair the plaster wall and ceiling directly below the shower (water damage) Looking for someone experienced in tiling, waterproofing, and minor plaster repairs. Installation involves drilling 10 holes (using a template) into hard plaster (not plaster board) above a bathroom entrance. See photo of instructions etc.

My Norflex Spin bike has had one of the rubber belts come loose and I don’t have the tools available to open up the compartment it’s come loose from to fix it. I don’t think the belt is broken, I think it just needs to be put back in its place. There are a couple of simple bolts that should be easy enough to un do with the right tools and put the belt back on.

Hello! I have a sailboat we had custom made for a work event that we have shipped down from sydney to Melbourne for our Christmas party. I need an experienced sailor who is able to assemble the sail properly on the boat as it was disassembled for shipping. The event is at St Kilda Encore

I recently had some timber replaced in a window frame (bottom left corner of frame). An undercoat has been applied but the repaired section requires a top coat (2 coats). Colour required is Dulux Hog Bristle Quarter in Gloss.

I have a new kitchen blind that needs putting up, a doorstop for my balcony door, a small venda clothes hanger on my balcony, a small sign on a brick wall where I park my car and a screw in the brick wall outside my door so I han hang a hook for my dog lead. My apartment is all o lot of concrete. You would need to have the drill bits for this and bricks. I would prefer someone who has spare plugs and screws in their tool kit or willing to go get some from the hardware store just incase the ones that come with all of these products are not good quality. I defiantly dont have screws or plugs for the sign I need stuck on my carpark. I appreciate any help. We have an issue with our security fence that needs barbed wire installed to prevent people from climbing over.

Obscure leak behind my shower, which I believe is the cause but after grouting still unsure if repaired. Noticed because skirting board on opposite side was damp and swollen. If possible find fix and replace skirting also.
