The second task is still in the bathroom but the extractor fan isn't working anymore so we'll need someone to have a look at it. Lastly we need the hot water section of the facet changed.

Flush button needs to be replaced. I have done in the past. The old code was Grohe dual flush push button assembly - chrome 42268 000. I think the new code is 42204PI0. Tenants have also reported the kitchen sink leaking but it should be minimum effort as it only requires tighting. the the metal trim between the carpet and the tiled floor has lifted and is partially detached. Size is 1.46 cm. Probably needs to be replaced. Also the two bulbs of the kitchen extractor/range hood need to be replaced. Materials need to be provided

We do have motion sensors and CCTV cameras installed few yrs ago. The person installed it was maintaining every year till last year. Our cctv camera monitor lost connection and during house renovation alarm system also got disconnected. Just as importantly, I'm hoping this becomes a longer-term arrangement. I’m looking for a reliable, experienced handyman (or bathroom specialist) to help with several small but important jobs in my flat. Ideally someone who can handle bathroom repairs, silicone work, minor carpentry and cabinet fixing. Job to be done: - Replace mouldy silicone sealant around the shower (possible condensation under the tray → may need a **small air vent**). - Outside the window: remove mould and replace the white wooden plinth/skirting in the corner. - Replace the plastic seal on the shower door to stop water leaking. - Remove limescale around the shower tray (DIY attempt didn’t fully work). - Fix cabinet door: replace faulty hinge causing clicking/resistance, then repair the small thermofoil tear or replacement - Scrape back and repaint peeling ceiling paint just above the shower Please bring your own tools.
