We need a washing machine removed and the new one fitted. The company who delivered were not able to do this for red tape reasons. It is on the 2nd floor of a block of flats.

Machine Model: Sage Barista Express BES875UK. This a 7 year old machine that has recently started leaking from the rear right bottom -- there could be a rubber hose or washer that needs to be replaced. Also screws at the bottom have corroded fro, the leak.

Washing machine (IWDE126) doesn’t appear to be draining. Clothes remain soaked and water levels high in machine post wash. I’ve tried to empty the filter and lots of water is coming out of it I think it’s either a pipe issue or a part needs replacing. Thanks

The oven tripped the fusebox and then wouldn’t come back on. It was recently installed (hard wired) so we need to fix that. Presumably the fuse on the oven itself has blown. Would need to take the oven out of its slot. The other job is to replace a light fitting as the bulb and the thing that houses the bulb has come off so there are two wires only. Need to replace with a standard light fitting.
