Our Sage Barista coffee machine will turn on and grind beans but it won't draw water. It tries to for 5 secs and then stops. nothing much happens so I think it is struggling to draw the water through. I descaled it about a week before it broke. I've since tried to descale it again just in case that's the problem, but because it won't draw the water, i can't.

My Sage Bambino Plus no longer works. It is about 3.5 years old and has been used on a regular basis. The reason it is no longer working is because water will no longer extract from the water tank when trying to make a coffee.
