The DeLonghi EC9865.M (La Specialista Prestigio) is leaking water internally during use. We opened the machine and traced the issue to an internal hot water pipe. We have already replaced the O-ring gasket on this pipe, but the leak is still present. The machine powers on and operates, but water is escaping inside and then leaking out underneath. We also have a Nespresso Creatista Plus which is leaking water during operation and requires repair. We are looking for an experienced coffee machine engineer who can diagnose and repair both machines on site if possible.

Hi there, We’re looking for someone to come in and repair our DeLonghi EC9865.M coffee machine, which has started leaking. We opened the machine and traced the issue to one of the internal tubes — specifically the hot water pipe. We’ve already tried replacing the O-ring gasket seal, but this hasn’t resolved the leak.
