Split AC system in my 3 bed flat - needs repairs Parking provided Outdoor Unit floor mounted on balcony – Easy access Indoor Units accessible but can be removed from wall System Make: Samsung (2019) Refrigerant: R410A Piping: Liquid Pipe 6.35 mm / Gas Pipe 9.52 mm Indoor Unit (4): AR09RXWSAURNEU Outdoor Unit (1): AJ070MCJ4EH/EU All Units power up and system functions. After 10 - 20 mins the Indoor Units will stop and will display the following Error Codes: Error E2 01 - Issue with one or more of the Communication Cables that run between the Indoor and Outdoor Units (F1 F2 ports) Error E5 59 - Thermistor on the Outdoor Unit may be faulty and requires replacement TASK 1 - Resolve E201 (Communication Error) Voltage test all 8 (2 cables per unit) cables at both ends (Indoor & Outdoor) to try and identify the damaged cable(s) If necessary, run new cable between the Indoor & Outdoor Units to identify the damaged cable(s) Once the damaged cable(s) have been identified, you will need to run new cable between the Indoor & Outdoor units and hide this cable as is practical. This may involve cutting holes into the suspended ceiling in order to run the cable Any Making Good is outside of scope I will provide a 50m Drum of 3183Y Cable TASK 2 - Resolve Error E5 59 (Replace Thermistor) Replace the (Supplied part DB95-05268A) Thermistor on the Outdoor Unit TASK 3 - Re-Mounting the Indoor Units I‘ve now had fitted Wardrobes installed in 3 Bedrooms Much of the air now hits the tops of the wardrobes so less effective Need to re-position these 3 Wall Units so they are 550mm from the walls We can agree brackets and materials Prep for disconnecting Indoor Units (coolant back to Outdoor Unit) Remove Wall Units from the wall Disconnect pipework and cables from Wall Units Extend pipework and cables by as needed Install wall brackets Check / Maintain each Wall Unit (Air Clean / Coil Straightening) Mount Wall Units onto brackets Re-connect pipework and cables Test system

Socket Needs replacing - this is the second socket that has blown. Worried might be an issue with wiring.

3 houses share the buzz system and the other two have no issue. But when someone presses our buzz, we can't hear it. No sound
