The light switches are set up so you could from the main level turn on the balcony or porch light. However, recently, these switches have broken. Please come and rewire/replace this so all can work.

Hi, I’m looking for an electrician to help with a few jobs. 1. Connect kitchen extractor fan (Photo 1) The extractor power point has a 3-pin socket, but the extractor itself just has loose wires. I need this connected properly either by fitting a plug to the extractor or changing the outlet to a hard-wired connection. 2. Change oven connection point (Photo 2) The wall outlet behind the oven is a hard-wired connection plate, but the oven uses a standard 3-pin plug. I need this changed to a suitable socket so the oven can plug in. 3. Replace ceiling rose (Photos 3 & 4) Remove the existing ceiling rose and install the new ceiling rose (already have this) 4. Check kitchen light switch wiring (Photo 5) This switch controls the main kitchen lights and the under-counter lights. The under-counter lights no longer work, which is likely a loose wire in the switch box. Please inspect and fix.

Currently, we have a mixer bar shower installed, but we would like this replaced with a new electric shower. The property previously had an electric shower, so there should already be some of the required wiring/pipework in place. We would prefer if interested tradespeople could visit the property first to assess what’s possible, and then provide advice and a quotation for: - Checking existing wiring and consumer unit suitability. - Advising on the maximum kW rating shower we can safely install (8.5 / 9.5 / 10.5 kW). - Installing and fitting a suitable electric shower, we will supply the unit. We would like to install a 10.5 kW shower, but please check first if this is possible and if not, what would we need in order to be able to do so. Open to negotiation afterwards depending on the work deemed needed.
