Find a local console repairer in Peckham

I am having stainless steel worktops installed but the company manufacturing them does not 'front seal with silicone ' I need someone to come and seal the stainless steel worktops to the walls and around the hobs and tap. (The sink is welded in so no need for silicone there)

need help replacing my old single bathtub taps with my new mixer one that comes with a shower. and also my old sink taps needs to be replaced with new 2lever taps. (the new fittings are black seen in picture) - please, somebody local because i wont be paying for your travel/congestion

Install ceiling lamps in my flat. Lamps provided. May require checking existing wiring. Tools required. It is 4 lamps 2 of the big white rounded ones, one of the back and 1 of the small white. I also attached the current setup.

Leaking taps: - One continues to drip even when turned off (so I think needs tightening) - Another leaks considerably everytime the tap is turned on. - Shower can also continue to run after it's been turned off

Beko washing machine keep turning off mid cycle/after around 5 minutes but works on a rinse. We would just like someone to assess whether needs repair or replacement?

We want to replace one sink with taps and also add a shower head in the bathroom. But the shower head wouldn't be coming from the top, but just connected to the side.

My HDMI port is damaged and the Xbox overheats really quickly

Have a door that is jammed and we can't open it. Have a tap that is leaking.

Had driving chain changed and sensors but engine light keeps coming on still sometimes it turns off the light on its own when putting computer to read faults it saying camshaft bank sensor a and b so thinking maybe it could be a lose connection in the wiring.

We have 2, possibly 3, lamps, 1 vintage and 2 from John Lewis that need rewiring. They all kind of work, I suspect a wire is loose in each. They just need to be fixed. Must be able to show they have experience/qualifications to work with electricals.

The bathroom sink is completely blocked and takes days for the water to be drained. Also, when you turn on the taps they move, so they need to fixed to the sink basin. - Due date: Flexible
