Hello I'd like to replace three outside wired old lamps with three new lamps that have movement sensors. I alrady have the new lamps and just need someone to take off the old lamps and install the new ones. See photos for the current lamps and a photo that shows the new lamp type (black rectangle with sensor on top).

I’d like to creat some safe slip free bullnose stone steps to the steps to the house

We have a corner sofa, where the zig zag clips have came off on the wooden frame underneath so the springs have popped off. Also one of the wooden back panel underneath has become unattached so will need drilled back in.

We are going to have a new runner installed up these stairs. There is some creaking and other noise. Task it to remove carpet and dispose from one flight, clean off underlay from both, fix creaking etc and prepare steps for installation of a runner by repairing white at sides of each step. There are two flights of stairs.

Replace 4 small strips of wood between rooms and supply new

Need a plumber to replace bathroom taps. See pictures. Also Kitchen tap is dripping. The sealant round the kitchen sink and hob needs to be replaced.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. Do let me know if you’d like to arrange this. Due to our tenants work commitments the work can only be carried out on a Saturday. Many thanks!

I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.

**Need job to be done on thursday at 710pm The wooden bathroom door needs new door hinges. The wood has wear and tear. New Hinges might need to be positioned slightly upwards. Please see pic

We need someone with a good eye to hang things level and equidistant apart on walls in our house. One gallery wall goes up the stairs and onto landing wall with multiple of the same A5 frames.

We’ve just bought a house and the hot tap for the bathroom sink is broken, the previous owner managed to flip the isolator valve to stop hot water flow, but they’ve rounded the screw head (can’t get it back on). We’ve bought new taps, and have new isolator valves (if needed), but need someone with experience to fit them (the new taps and potentially the new isolator valve on hot side).
