We are looking for someone to tell us what we should be purchasing as well as then replacing the items for us once they have been bought. The door handles do not stay straight and one of the locks needs replacing too. We have the cupboard door. The tap is missing a screw in its centre. The toilet seat hinge has snapped.

Looking for professional electrician to install a ceiling light and two bedside wall lamp. I was told by property management that there is cable in place in the ceiling for the pendant. For the two wall lamps by the bed, I have purchased cables to wired to the lamps and there is outlet by the bed so I assume the lights could be hard wired into.
