We are a school and moved in to a brand new building in 2022, the lift is backed up by a generator, hoever there was no proper handover on the generator. We called a copmany and they said the batteries are not charging since it is not connected to an auxiliary wire. They charged callout after callout, but never fixed it.

Existing island cooker hood has a broken motor. I will source a similar unit which needs to be installed and made good. Electrics and vent pipe are in place already and working.

Install pendant light fixture on high ceiling above staircase

We just need to have our smoke alarm replaced in our hallway that has broken and then a heat alarm installed in our kitchen too. We would also need help with a few other handy decor tasks around the house (i.e. toilet roll holder install and curtain rod installs/blinds install)

Already have wired smoke alarms (house in N16). Need one or two new wired in and potential replacement of some existing alarms if they need it. Looking for a budget of £50 fitting per smoke alarm.

Blue pendant light needs installing above stairs. Ladder will be needed as it is just out of reach and chair can not be used. Previously fitting has been removed. We have a broken dimmer switch and have a replacement dimmer module. We just need a qualified electrician to please install it

I need someone who is 180cm or taller to replace a battery is a hard to reach smoke alarm. I have a ladder. It’s a quick job, but it’s essential it get done this morning

Took a walk down in my upstairs bedroom with what I believe to be data cables running through the middle of the wall. I’ll need them extended to allow for more slack to be placed into the wall adjacent.

Plug socket came out of wall, not providing power! It’s the laundry machine and we really need it fixed today. Anyone who knows electrical fixtures please help cx

Install electric fire on tv wall unit

Will need to remove window because it opens outwards. Install brackets on outer wall to hold up window unit. After puting in the unit seal off any remaining spaces.
