A cooker hood extractor needs to be replaced with a new one

Remove and replace a light fitting that no longer works in our kitchen. Currently only one spotlight works (but flickers). Some ancient and interesting-looking wiring going on. Haven’t bought the new light fitting yet, but will likely be a smaller spotlight trio. Have tried: replacing bulbs, checking fuse, wiring in light switch etc.

Both of my bathrooms lost electricity randomly at the same time.

Qualified electrician required to diagnose and fix light fitting which has caused lighting circuit to trip. It appears to be due to the light fitting in the pic attached - we were changing the lampshade and noticed the cable was exposed. We also require someone who can check the bathroom extractor fan which isn't extracting properly. This is a separate issue which we noticed before the issue with the lights. Radiator stopped working. Ordered replacement same size. May be possible to replace just the heating element since the new one is identical to the one that has died, and wire it into the plug

Install pendant ceiling light. I have tried to install but difficulty fitting wires and connector box inside pendant. Also the plasterboard seems to have disintegrated slightly so wall plug didn’t work for one screw. Looking for someone to take it off and reinstall robustly into ceiling and do electrics safely.

I recently had an EICR done on a flat that I rent out. The report came back with a C2 unsatisfactory repair which is the fact there is no main switch. See photo of the report. I want to get whatever needs to be done so that it passes the EICR. That may mean a new consumer unit, the flat is an incredibly small studio flat so the smallest consumer unit possible is best. If a main switch can simply be added to the existing consumer unit then I would prefer to just do this. I also need an new EICR completed.

The plug where my dishwasher is connected has stopped working. Need an electrician to come fix it.
