I need an electrician to replace the existing light switches in my corridor with dimmer switches that I've purchased. There's two in total. Furthermore, to replace the existing extractor fan in the bathroom with a new one that I've also purchased. There appears to be a fault with the timer with the existing extractor fan.

I have a Dualit toaster which the heating element has stopped working on. i spoke to Dualit who have said it will be a safety precaution and that the fuse will need resetting and then the appliance will need to be retested by a qualified electrician. There is no cooker switch in flat to hardwire a cooker to. I need one to be fixedso I can buy a freestanding cooker.

1/ Two double glazed units from an aluminium frame window need to be removed. 2/ Two replacement units need to be fitted using the existing rubber seals. 3/ This job can be done from inside and does not require a ladder. 4/ The replacement doubled glazed units have been delivered. 5/ This is a 20 minute job for a professional window fitter. 6/ Disposal of old units not needed. 7/ Free parking available. 8/ This job is not for subcontracting.

I need an electrician to do a few jobs in my flat, which are: 1) Install an electric radiator. The radiator has to be mounted to the wall and the cable needs to be neatly trunked around a door frame to the nearest socket. The cable for the radiator also needs to be extended in length. 2) Replace a hanging ceiling light fixture (swap old for new) 3) Reverse the direction of a light switch which is currently upside down.
