Standing lamp needs wires and bulb replaced

I am looking for tradespeople to install an existing 5-metre motorised retractable awning with a Somfy motor at my property in East Dulwich (SE22). The awning has been kindly offered to us by a neighbour who is having an extension built and is currently still installed at their property, although it will be removed shortly. Our property is a 1920s terraced house with a solid brick rear wall. Need an electrician to help us recitify an issue with electric radiators tripping the electrics. Need it fixed so the radiators work. Radiators are brand new. They are wired and connected to the main fuse board. There are 8 radiators connected in total. Need someone asap

Table lamp with marble base works intermittently. If the cable is left the lamp doesn't work. If you lift the cable slightly the bulb glows. If you lift the cable significantly the bulb glows as expected. I guess a connection issue. - Due date: Flexible

Job 1: I have a bathroom extractor fan which has stopped working. I have bought a like for like replacement and need someone to install in my loft above the bathroom. The extractor fan should operate when the bathroom light is switched on. Some connections are already in place per the pictures. Job 2: Installation of Norrfly IKEA lights into a wardrobe.
