Box in copper boiler pipe and metre near front door of flat. Copper pipe total running length 895cm. Metre to be boxed in with door 55x35x20cm. We need access to this box to read the metre. 3. Fit stringer along stairs (image included of the stringer on the othe side of the wall to know what the new skirting needs to be matched to) There are 12 steps on the stairs.

My door lock is currently not working properly, it doesn't seem to be a simple loose screw issue, and likely requires disassembling the door lock to take a deeper look. At first the door can be locked just by turning, then the door can only be locked by pushing in + turning, now the door can't pushed in.

2 wooden worktops to be fitted (approx 2.1m x 0.6 and 1.7m x 0.9 island). The new worktops have already been cut to size including holes for the sink and hob. I have a new replacement sink and tap to be fitted too. The tap is a weighted retractable hose head mixer. The new splashback needs cutting to size before replacing the old one. Worktops and splashback will need some silicon.
Asked all the rights questions, went above and beyond to get the job done and a great end result.
