Mcb is tripping single one all plug sockets works

Dishwasher stopped working with no electrics showing. Trip switch is fine. Fuse in 3 pin plug is fine. Plugged in another appliance and it appears that the socket is dead. All other sockets in the kitchen are OK. So assume that the socket is dead. It is an external mounted. I assume it needs changing or repairing.

Fix and test fire alarm and do certification .

Radiator stopped working. Ordered replacement same size. May be possible to replace just the heating element since the new one is identical to the one that has died, and wire it into the plug

I’m looking for someone to prepare and paint a small lightwell. There are two walls that need cleaning and painting. Plus a window sill and window surround. The walls measure approx 1.5m x 3m. Access is a little tricky (via a sash widow, but the window opens fully). It’s ground floor so not dangerous. I have a ladder but you will need to bring all materials including weather shield paint.

Run new power into cupboard (no existing sockets). Install 4 double sockets Ensure RCD protection & provide certification. Cupboard adjoins bathroom (easy access). Must be qualified & insured (NICEIC/NAPIT).

Sofa is gouging the floor when reclining. I believe one of the feet is pushed into the frame and no longer raises the mechanism above the floor. It looks like the wooden strut it's mounted to is broken. Please see pictures.

I am looking to fit an electric under floor heating in a 2 bedroom apartment. Heating system will be supplied. Apartment 71 sqm.. New laminated flooring will be needed to fitted after the heating system is installed. Previous references for fitting laminate flooring required, and ideally experienced in installing under floor electric heating.
