My boiler works okay but occasionally shows an error F21 and turns off. It’s a valiant. Upstairs there is a tank and pump but I think the valve needs loosening at the moment we get no hot water up there and the pressure dial is on 0. Just need someone to take a look and I think it’ll be a super simple fix just don’t want to touch it myself - Due date: Flexible

We are moving out of our rental and want to fix a couple of pieces of damage before the inspection: 1. A couple of chips running down the wall in our entrance doorway from a pull up bar damaging it. We have the paint to paint over it but there is damage to the actual wall itself. 2. There is a dent in the linoleum floor where the pull bar fell and impacted the floor we want fixed also. Photos attached, looking for someone to come this week before the weekend ideally.
