We have a problem with mice getting into the flat through holes around the kitchen and toilet sink and we need a contractor to fully seal the gaps with mesh wool and sealant (we used foam but mice can chew foam) - also need the mastic around all the skirting in the kitchen so you need to be good with sealing and filling works - some photos as attached - I have sealant and can provide mesh wool too.
