Bath/shower and sink taps are dripping constantly and need to check all is okay. Also a leak in the downstairs flat so need to ensure it's not coming from us. Really in need of a reliable plumber. I have two new ceiling lamps that I would like to replace the existing ones with - both come with new ceiling roses. You can see the existing lamps and their replacements on the attached pictures. The mains supply is boxed in with a removal panel which I will try to remove and ensure the area is clear. Remove the loose basin taps and fit the new taps. I am available most weekends can arrange for weekday early February can provide photo if required - Due date: Flexible

I need the gaps between my tiles and walls filled with cement / mortar or similar - it has to be solid and flush with the tiles, as I am having microcement laid over the top. Please see photos. Also, in one area the gap has been badly filled with cement which is much higher than the tiles - I need this to be sanded down or otherwise brought flush with tiles (see photo below). I have a very old, leaky shower tap which needs to be replaced. I’ve bought two replacement taps (pictures of each attached) as I was not sure which would fit with the existing fittings in the wall. Similarly for the sink taps. Will probably need a fairly experienced plumber as the house is quite old and you’re never sure what you’re going to find! I’m a landlord looking on the lookout for someone reliable that can problem solve and sort jobs out across a few properties quickly and with minimum impact on my time. If this job’s done right you’d be someone I’d be looking to give more work to as and when jobs come up. The current job is as follows. * taps in the bathroom sink - the washers are starting to perish and so sometimes its hard to turn off fully. Need someone to buy like for like, visit the property and fit. * patio door handles- tenant has the handles but they require a handyman to fit them. * grouting around the bath tiles – think this is just a small area but needs an inspection. * carbon monoxide alarm – tenant has one, just needs help putting it up. * boiler casing - the wooden box around the boiler has been damaged. Need some carpentry skills to put this right. * bath panel – wood has been damaged – needs filling, sanding, painting, making good. - Due date: Flexible
