I have an old Beaumont bath shower mixer tap where the taps are both dripping badly and the handle that switches between shower and bath has broken. Because the bath is so tight into the walls it might be very difficult to replace the whole tap. I hope it might be possible to replace the front part of the whole fitting- see photo. Hi! I run a small charity and in our building we need to change two taps in the kitchen as well as make the external garden tap replace a copper pipe as it leaks at the moment. We also need part of the pipe that leads from the boiler replaced as it is broken and leaks. There are also few other small things to be done that we can discuss and get pricing separately. Hi, I have a projector (Epson tw7400) and a ceiling mount I bought. It’s big and heavy, over 12kg if you include the mount. This is in my basement. I located the what I think is the stud in the ceiling behind the drywall with magnets, but then when I drilled the screws stopped about 5cm in. I believe I hit the metal sheet that is part of the structure of the floor above. My concern is that the wood planks may be quite thin. Not sure if they will support the weight. I attach a picture from one of the other rooms where we recently had work done ... to show the structure that might be behind the drywall. Need someone with more experience of carpentry / AV installations... to advise and propose their plan for mounting. Would also like to discreetly run the cables behind the ledge out of view (power and 1xhdmi), although they will the need to drop down towards the plug by the floor Thanks
