My washing machine is broken. I think the drum/cylinder is broken, i.e. the ball bearings broke and thus the drum got detached from the motor. I think it's this b/c it's the same problem I had at my old flat with the washing machine there. And that was the eventual fix. Need someone who can procure a replacement drum and also install it, all at a reasonable price.

I get an E18 error and washing machine won’t drain. When I try to drain the drain pump, the water does not come out of the little hose. It spills out of the drain not coming out the hose. I can’t undo the clamp on the drain hose to release the water from there so need help doing this
