My washing machine is broken. I think the drum/cylinder is broken, i.e. the ball bearings broke and thus the drum got detached from the motor. I think it's this b/c it's the same problem I had at my old flat with the washing machine there. And that was the eventual fix. Need someone who can procure a replacement drum and also install it, all at a reasonable price.

Aquarius WMAQF621P - makes noise on spin - the spin noise gets too loud / no rumbling noise - just spin noise. 1. It’s only on the spin cycle - could be the hydraulic dampers/springs on the drums need to be replaced 2. Concrete weight - could be broken - could need tighentning up. Have checked the bottom pump if anything caught in there - it’s now clean and no change to noise. Will check if machine is level / the feet have not moved - but all else leads to needing an engineer fix.
Really recommend! 100%
