Hoover washer-dryer keeps coming up with E11 error. Sometimes works only on lowest temperature wash cycle, but not always, and doesn't work at all on any dryer or higher temp cycles. Not sure what needs fixing.

Hi, I need someone to inspect and repair my LG F4V710WTSA washing machine in Sneinton, Nottingham. After an empty Tub/Rub Clean it leaked at the door and I cleaned the seal. On the next full wash the machine made thumping/banging noises on spin, and when I turn the empty drum by hand now there’s a squeaking noise at one point in the rotation. There was a very faint burning smell during the spin, but it’s gone now. I’ve checked the drum holes and seal and can’t see anything trapped. I have not run another spin. Please come to inspect and remove a trapped object or diagnose suspension/seal issue, and let me know your availability and total cost. Thanks.

I need to replace the stop valve for my washing machine’s water supply pipe because it can’t be switched off. After replacing the valve, the new washing machine will need to be connected back to the water pipe.
