We do have motion sensors and CCTV cameras installed few yrs ago. The person installed it was maintaining every year till last year. Our cctv camera monitor lost connection and during house renovation alarm system also got disconnected. Inspect the gap between the basin and pedestal and make good appropriately. 4.CHECK - Check the sink seal and surrounding kitchen-worktop area for water ingress. Check and replace mouldy seal surrounding bathroom. Lounge and Bedroom 5.Securely refix the wooden plinth supporting the lounge curtain rail, which is coming away from the wall. Check and reinforce the existing fixing points as required. Bedroom 2 flooring, window and blind 6.CHECK - Inspect the small cut-out section at the edge of the flooring. 7.CHECK - Inspect replacement of the missing plastic blind operating/twist pole if feasible. Kitchen units, worktop and fittings 8.Repair the loose hinge on the small corner cupboard. Tighten or repair any other loose kitchen cupboard or door handles. Bathroom general repairs 9.Tighten the loose bathroom-door handle. 10.Remove the additional chrome hook from the tiled wall. 11.Repair the chip and fitting-removal mark beside the ceiling spotlight. Fill, prepare and locally touch up the ceiling; full ceiling decoration is not required. General decorating and making good 12.Replace missing Bedroom 1 floor beading 13.Fill and touch up the Bedroom 2 wall chips and other obvious fixing marks.

I've built up a backlog of small household jobs and would like them done in one go by someone reliable and tidy. Roughly a full day's work. Just as importantly, I'm hoping this becomes a longer-term arrangement. Job to be done: - Replace mouldy silicone sealant around the shower (possible condensation under the tray → may need a **small air vent**). - Outside the window: remove mould and replace the white wooden plinth/skirting in the corner. - Replace the plastic seal on the shower door to stop water leaking. - Remove limescale around the shower tray (DIY attempt didn’t fully work). - Fix cabinet door: replace faulty hinge causing clicking/resistance, then repair the small thermofoil tear or replacement - Scrape back and repaint peeling ceiling paint just above the shower Please bring your own tools.
