Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

Hi, I need someone to fix a small section of a media wall. It’s a low boxed unit and the inside/top area wasn’t properly finished. The wall is already painted, so the job includes both filling and repainting. What needs to be done: • Fill and smooth the uneven areas • Sand if needed • Repaint the section to match the existing finish This is a small job and can be done with filler (Easy Fill is fine). Build Marcy home gym from scratch it’s new

We have a 1 metre long crack in the ceiling caused by an old roof leak. The roof leak has been fixed several months ago, so we are just looking for a patch repair on the crack.

I have a pretty big neon sign that I would like to hang on my wall. I have all the nuts and bolts, I just need help drilling holes in the wall and mounting the sign correctly. Shouldn’t take longer than 30 mins.

The old set of wooden Venetian blinds needs to be taken down and removed (off premises by you) and a new set of similar blinds installed (which we have). They are 2cms wider than the original blinds so the old fixings need to come off and the new braces reset slightly further apart.
