Theres been some water damage to my carport. I need the ceiling to be replastered. Roughly a 3.6m by 2.5m patch needs to be fixed. This is from a leak in the roof due to an overflowing drain

I’m looking for a great handyman/woman or carpenter that can install 2 x curtain tracks for me next week. Pretty easy install, I’ve actually done one myself! Just don’t have time for this one. Plastering of kitchen and living area, including ceiling. Area under window will be below kitchen cabinets so doesn't need to be plastered. If you are able to add in insulation to the ceiling cavity that might also be good.

Experienced plasterer required to look at my garage ceiling and re-plaster as required due to a water leak from the roof (now addressed). The bowed garage ceiling is affecting opening of the garage door.

The ceiling has sagged and needs repinning in the living room. There are about 6 holes in walls ranging in size from 2 cm to 15cm, and another couple that are larger (about 40cm x 20cm each) There are ten down lights in the kitchen/living area that were originally installed with larger lights, and these all need to have their holes patched and then re-done in the correct size.

I have a 3 x 3.5m room that need cornices removed and square set. The room also has holes on the walls, a gap under the window, and vents to cover up. I’m not sure of cost so please advise.
