I'm looking for a builder (registered) for a water damaged terrace repair, Some rendering repairs, some general carpentry and some small tilling jobs. I'm not looking for the cheapest job, I'm looking for a good job at a fair price. I'm prepared to pay you to come and look at the work required and then come up with a quote. I'm not in a huge hurry but this is for my house, not a quick fix for a flip job. I will need references from your other customers. I have the funds and I do know this will not be a particularly cheap job. I treat everyone with trust and respect and expect the same. My budget price listed is for the quotation at first

Areas on ceiling for plastering

My dad has an issue with his verandah. . The gutter has unclipped from the beam , and the beam has rotted in one section. Seeking repair of beam and reinstall gutters

Plaster 2x square holes in the drywall (approx 20cmx30cm). Plaster 2x holes in the drywall where lights used to be (approx 3cm diameter) Plaster and cover one rectangle hole in the drywall where light switch used to be (approx 5cmx10cm)
