After a renovation a couple of years ago, we altered the balustrades to accommodate a new nib wall. Since then they have been unstable and recently a section of the balustrades collapsed and need to be securely reinstated. I haven't measured the affected area but I think it's 1.5-2 metres long. All the existing balustrades are in tact so replacements pieces are not required.

I need someone to carfully dismantle a sauna (which came in flat panels) and stack down stairs in the carpark (I have trolley and lift). I have a cordless drill. Here’s the usual order: 1. Turn off and unplug * Disconnect the power. * Remove any loose items (floor mat, backrests, accessories). 2. Access the electrical connections * Most infrared saunas have quick-connect plugs between panels. * Remove the roof panel first (or lift it slightly) to expose the wiring. * Unplug the connectors—don’t pull on the wires. 3. Remove the roof * Many roofs simply lift off once any retaining screws or clips are removed. * It helps to have a second person. 4. Remove the glass door * Open it to about 90°. * Support the weight while removing the hinge screws. * Set it somewhere safe on a blanket. 5. Remove the front glass panel(s) * If there is a fixed glass side panel beside the door, remove any brackets or screws holding it. * Lift it straight up if it’s sitting in a channel. 6. Remove the timber wall panels * The side and rear panels are usually held together with external clips or cam locks. * Release these one at a time. * Lift each panel vertically to disengage it from the base. 7. Lift off the base (if needed) * Once the walls are removed, the base can usually be carried separately.

I need two walls plastered. One has a thin steel floating shelf and the other has an extractor fan.

I need an experienced plasterer to re-plaster two big holes in the laundry in preparation for some cabinets to be installed. There are also a few small holes in the roof that need to be patched and one near the front door. The areas need to be prepared for future painting but painting is not required for this job. Repair ceiling plasterboard around light fitting after water damage . Light fitting will need to be sat back in place, plaster stopped and sanded ready for paint. No painting required.

We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!

Need someone to remove the render on this low brick fence, looking to refrain from any damage to the bricks underneath. Fence is 6m long and 400mm wide at pillars.

My dad has an issue with his verandah. . The gutter has unclipped from the beam , and the beam has rotted in one section. Seeking repair of beam and reinstall gutters
