Need repair on wall with render

Looking for someone to tile a 63 x 115 cm wall in my kitchen (the splash back behind the stove). It is currently fibreglass - not sure if that will need to be removed first. There is also a power point which will need to be moved to another wall (I want the tiles on the splashback to be uninterrupted). The tiles are zellige tiles from tiles by ezra, 10 x 10cm. I’d like minimum possible grouting between tiles. I am pretty flexible with timing - Wednesdays or weekends are best.

Weekend thunderstorm led to leaky roof - will require a plasterer, roofer to come inspect, quote and repair ASAP please.

Areas on ceiling for plastering

My dad has an issue with his verandah. . The gutter has unclipped from the beam , and the beam has rotted in one section. Seeking repair of beam and reinstall gutters

Plaster 2x square holes in the drywall (approx 20cmx30cm). Plaster 2x holes in the drywall where lights used to be (approx 3cm diameter) Plaster and cover one rectangle hole in the drywall where light switch used to be (approx 5cmx10cm)

Rendering repairs to outside walls required. I need to talk to a renderer and then we can get a quote

Outdoor retractable awning on tracks is stuck. Can only partially expand before getting stuck. It is over a stairwell atrium/skylight.

Our plaster ceiling collapsed and I need the plaster removed and disposed of. If you have an industrial vaccume that would be a bonus

I have an existing built in wardrobe that I would like permanent shelves/dividers installed into as outlined in the diagram. All materials to be supplied and work to be performed during weekdays.

2 PowerPoint installed in office cabling is already to the point
