Fasten a toilet seat at a clinic in Essendon and another at a clinic in Moonee Ponds as they are loose and move around.

I have a toilet seat that needs to be removed and replaced with a dual adult/toddler training toilet seat. I am in a rental so I need to ensure the current existing toilet seat is not damaged and can be put back in place once we move. Please see photos attached of new toilet seat. I need this installation done for two toilet seats. One on ground level, one upstairs. No shoes allowed in the house as well. Thank you.

Glass door won’t self close

Two story townhouse, roof tile has either broken or moved above my sons bedroom and water is showing on the ceiling plaster upon heavy rain.
