Glass door won’t self close

Two story townhouse, roof tile has either broken or moved above my sons bedroom and water is showing on the ceiling plaster upon heavy rain. Stratco Umbra shed. Assembled instructions are easy to find online but it’s a little too much for my handyman skills. It has gas struts on the lift door and built in led lighting so it’s a little more complex than your average garden shed.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. You will need a ladder to reach out to the awning.

I have an issue with my garage electric gate. 1-The metal railing has come off the concrete and needs to be attached. 2-The gate seems to be stuck it may be because of the rail although I have put the rail in its appropriate position and it gets stuck half way. Please only apply if you have experience fixing these gates and understand motor etc.
