Glass door won’t self close

Two story townhouse, roof tile has either broken or moved above my sons bedroom and water is showing on the ceiling plaster upon heavy rain. Looking for a qualified roofer that can inspect and repair (roof tiles, and we have spares), aswell as full roof review for any other areas that might require maintenance

I have bought a Stratco Umbra shed and I need someone to assemble it. It’s a little more complex than some sheds as it has gas strut lifts on the door and built in LED lighting so there’s some internal low-voltage wires to incorporate at it is assembled. Experience with assembling sheds is a must.

Stratco Umbra shed. Assembled instructions are easy to find online but it’s a little too much for my handyman skills. It has gas struts on the lift door and built in led lighting so it’s a little more complex than your average garden shed.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. You will need a ladder to reach out to the awning.

I have an issue with my garage electric gate. 1-The metal railing has come off the concrete and needs to be attached. 2-The gate seems to be stuck it may be because of the rail although I have put the rail in its appropriate position and it gets stuck half way.
