Create a whole for some network/NBN cables in a cabinet 3. Wrap some spare carpets in a large plastic covering in the garage 4. Fix fridge vibration, possibly just needs some feet adjustment 5. Check the rangehood, likely needs a replacement, advise on what could fit, have measured it to be 90 cm but unsure of depth and space requirements. 6. Adding a flyscreen, checking space 7. Check water tank pump, see what the issue is, what might be needed. 8. Switchboard cupboard magnet/fix to ensure it closes properly 9. Guest bathroom toilet holder flimsy 10. Laundry stairs sturdiness If you can't do everything that's no issue, see what's possible and I can always get someone else.

Will purchase 3 new toilet seats, these are all non electric bidet seats that will need a water supply connecting.

Handyman – patch & paint + install 2 IKEA shelves Hi, I’m looking for a quote for a few small jobs at my home: Patch & paint: Patch and repair the plaster on 3 walls where an old intercom system has been removed. All electrical/wiring work has already been completed and made safe by a licensed electrician — no electrical work is required. Once patched and sanded, paint the repaired areas to achieve a neat, consistent finish. Two walls are white and one is grey. I have the original paint pails here for both colours, which can be used if the paint is still suitable. Shelves: Install 2 x IKEA FJÄLLBO wall shelves in my son's bedroom. The walls are plasterboard with timber studs. The shelves are already assembled. Please locate the studs, level and securely install the shelves and supply the appropriate wall fixings. Ideally I'd like everything completed as part of the one job.

We have two retractable fly screens which meet the centre when opened. They’re about 1.9 m each. Our dog ran into one retractable fly mesh screen and caused the screen door to jam when being slid into the retracted position. Both screens won’t retract now. Mesh on the right door is not tight . The screens typically meet in the middle and manually slide out. They are each about 1.9 m across. The dog ran into one but both blinds are now stuck and only retreat a tiny it. The one on the right is damaged

I need total 14 pop rivets removed to remove two metal fly screens covering window. The heads are about 9mm wide (as pictured). I tried using my drill but not strong enough. Please come today if possible or tomorrow at the latest.

I’m looking for an experienced renderer to repair and re-render part of an exterior wall on an upstairs balcony in Carrum. Recent roof and gutter repairs around this wall have left some of the foam backing exposed near the top. The wall is approximately 3.2m high. The left section is about 97cm wide and has foam backing behind the render, while the adjoining section to the right has brick backing. There was previously a crack in the foam-backed section as the house settled, around the point where the different substrates meet. This was temporarily patched and painted, but I would now like the area properly repaired and re-rendered. My preference is to: 1) Re-render just the foam-backed section on the left, from top to bottom, rather than the entire wall if practical 2) Properly repair the exposed foam and previous cracked area 3) Include an expansion/control joint where the foam-backed and brick-backed sections meet if this is the appropriate way to prevent future cracking 4) Match the existing rendered texture and Colorbond Monument colour as closely as possible The entire two-storey wall is likely to be repainted shortly afterwards, so an absolutely perfect colour match isn’t essential. Access is from the upstairs balcony. Photos show the wall, exposed foam, previous repair and approximate dimensions. Please include all materials and let me know your proposed repair/rendering method when quoting. I can provide more photos if needed.
