Most materials will be provided. Scope of Works: 1. Whiteboard Paint Paint 1 office wall with whiteboard paint Approx. size: 3.6m (W) x 2.7m (H)Paint supplied & Another small portion of wall in office 2. Acoustic Ceiling Tiles Remove existing ceiling tiles and replace with new acoustic tiles Approx. 40 tiles Pop-in / pop-out ceiling system Ceiling tiles supplied Clean existing ceiling tiles in the office (fingerprint marks)  3. General Office Maintenance Install framed picture to wall with panelling This work will need to be completed in our office hours, on weekdays only.

Most of my windows don’t open easily. They may need some oil, as they are wind chain opening windows. There are 9 windows in total, and some of the handles need to be tightened or screwed back on.

Garden fence needs some maintenance as bowing and come loose from posts etc.

A light has dropped down and needs to be rehung to ceiling rose (will beed large ladder) A bed frame has come apart and needs to be fixed A switch has come off the wall and needs to be fixed. A crack in window to be sealed.

Our garage door cannot be lifted by the door motors as the last two bolts holding the door seems loose. Need someone come and replace the some of the bolts and tightening the bolts, and may give it a good service.

Antenna points don't work in our single level 15year old home. Can only get channel 9 . We have 3 antenna points (lounge and 2 bedrooms) perhaps we can get another point out in the spare room?

My son has an e-bike that is relatively new. It has started making a noise when riding where it seems like something is rubbing on the back wheel. I’d rather just get it fixed locally than going back under warranty. It still rides fine, it’s just the noise that suggests something is rubbing.
