Require plastering repairs following a ceiling leak - small job

Looking for someone to repair two holes in the drywall of my apartment in North Melbourne. Need them patched up and painted over to look good as new. 1x Bathroom Wall: 30cm x 20cm 1x Living Room Wall: 10cm x 8cm **I do not have the paint, but it is Dulux ‘Lexicon Quarter’. Need this done preferably Wednesday or Friday this week. But can be flexible.

Install of 6m L x 1m W modular awning in North Melbourne.

I need an electrician to move power point to a different wall (please see Green box) and take out other power point. Also need light switches moved to a different wall (please see Green box) Need a new power point created on the reverse side of the wall to where a power point currently is.

Need holes drilled near ceiling in wall of double brick old style apartment. I tried but couldn't get them deep enough so need someone with the right tools. Also need plugs and screws to screw in brackets for a wall mounted clothes drying rack.

I need a new powerpoint put in on a wall. I live in an appartment. behind the couch in the photo.

Our back awning needs reinforcement/repair. It’s 3x3m and the sheeting is here we need a carpenter to repair/replace and install. Would like it done and the space left very clean after.

Piece of wood on verandah ceiling is loose, needs to be nailed back on, and a paver on front door steps had broken and needs to be cemented back on, both jobs easy.

A second-story roof of about 20 x 20 feet needs to be replaced with new plasterboard. No Painting is required. The existing paster must be removed and replaced with a new plaster board. It is not a large job, and a carpenter with plastering experience would be satisfactory. Other work (three commercial properties in the area need various maintenance work completed - can discuss additional works separately).

Towel rack has came off, along with wall plaster. Looking for a quote. Will need someone who can repair the wall and help reinstall the towel rack PRICE CAN BE NEGOTIATED, not sure on how much this should cost. Thanks.
