The light switch in our bathroom has ‘broken’ - the switch is hovering in the middle and won’t ‘click’ to either side. As a result the light won’t turn on. I’m not sure if this can be fixed or if the switch will need replacing. There is no natural light in this room so we’d love to get it fixed asap.🙏 Also, in the same room we have a power point (two outlets on one plate) that we would like to have investigated - it might be completely fine but we’d rather be safe than sorry. I pulled out my old built in robes and there was no ceiling above them. I have two pieces of plaster that have been cut to size ready to go. I think I have all of the equipment (I’ll confirm with you before booking), including: - 3 lengths 42x19mm of premium pine for support - 50mm plasterboard screws - 60mm countersunk treated pine screws - joining tape - multi-filler - ladder and step ladder - drill driver and screw driver - multi filler. It doesn’t need to be pretty because I’m putting new wardrobes back in the space, so it won’t be seen. Please tell me your experience with installing plasterboard and your availability for today :) I can assist holding it up while you drill it in. Thanks!
