I have only recently purchased this apartment, and there is unfortunately damage to the rendered courtyard wall, including bubbling, cracking and green discolouration (hidden by the agent with staged furniture during inspections).The render is bubbling and lifting in multiple areas, and there are visible cracks and moisture staining. I’ve attached photos showing the condition. The total length of the courtyard walls are 12.6m (rear wall) + 4.3 m (left) + 4.3 m (right) = 21.2 m total. My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left.
