Frame out next wardrobes, clean edge, box in 1 section 2400 x 300. Repair 4 cracks / holes

Looking for someone to patch up these holes along with restoring finishes.

I have purchased a retractable awning which I need hung on my balcony. The surface it is getting secured to is concrete. Someone has already started the job, so it’s measured up and all four holes have begun to be drilled, but it just requires someone finish it. The remaining work is to complete the holes (all have been started - but we required a better drill bit), and then hang the awning. You will need a 16mm drill bit (masonry) - I’ve taken a photo of the tools required. The awning is 50kgs, so requires two people to complete the job. I have an existing power point in a cupboard that needs moving. We are removing the cupboards, so need the power point to go against the wall instead. I need to have plasterboards attached to wall frames. 4 of the walls will not need to be rendered because battens will be overlayed. I have attached a floor plan of the walls for reference with measurements in cm. The property is on level 1 via stairs.

I have a big section of tiles that needs to be cut out and replaced with drywall. 4.2m x 5m

I'm after an experienced plasterer to come and patch and sand a crack in an internal wall of my terrace house (likely a couple of hours work). See images below (including close-up shots of some parts of the crack).

Need tv secured and hung with supplied bracket please. Wall is plasterboard. Tv is 70” BAUHN

There are some areas in the hallway where mould has grown from leaking roof. Roof repairs are complete and mould needs quality treating/cleaning. Also need some holes in the ceiling (from decorative features) patched over with plasterboard. There are 2 areas that need mould treatment. There are 5 square holes (in the ceiling - former decorative features) that need covering and patching. Painting not required at this stage. There’s also an additional hole in the front room that needs patching.

Grout on these overhanging covers/ cladding has disintegrated over the years and needs to be fixed/replaced

Install a power point, extending the one next to it on the kitchen island, but on the inside, so the plugs can be hidden from view. I’ll add a cord cover for the cords to go through. (I’ll drill the hole myself). But I need an electrician to do the wiring.
