Find experienced local tradies in Fitzroy VIC

I'm after an experienced plasterer to come and patch and sand a crack in an internal wall of my terrace house (likely a couple of hours work). See images below (including close-up shots of some parts of the crack).

Need tv secured and hung with supplied bracket please. Wall is plasterboard. Tv is 70” BAUHN

There are some areas in the hallway where mould has grown from leaking roof. Roof repairs are complete and mould needs quality treating/cleaning. Also need some holes in the ceiling (from decorative features) patched over with plasterboard. There are 2 areas that need mould treatment. There are 5 square holes (in the ceiling - former decorative features) that need covering and patching. Painting not required at this stage. There’s also an additional hole in the front room that needs patching.

Grout on these overhanging covers/ cladding has disintegrated over the years and needs to be fixed/replaced

Install a power point, extending the one next to it on the kitchen island, but on the inside, so the plugs can be hidden from view. I’ll add a cord cover for the cords to go through. (I’ll drill the hole myself). But I need an electrician to do the wiring.

Need a plasterer for a small job. Needs to be done after 6pm. At most 5 hours work. All materials supplied.

New apartment building, need some additional power points added and some molex cables connected to power supply.

The house currently has painted uneven brick walls. Looking to gyprock over them in two or four rooms depending on price. Probably need some battens and then gyprock over the walls? Size of rooms is attached. Ceilings are standard height. In the kitchen over the benches only half height gyprock needed above splashback.

I need some minor household plasterboard holes to be patched.

We have some graffiti on the exterior second floor wall above the awning on our shop front that we need painted over and the windows given a clean. We will supply the paint (Dulux Klute), you will need to bring a long ladder to get onto the awning from the street as there is no access out of upstairs windows. (would probably suit 2 people for safety reasons).

Develop/build 18 or 20 steal rod balustrade for internal stars with: -Rods in triangular shape -Rods powder coated -all Rods attached to bar (also powder coated) attached to ceiling - all rods attached to each step (side of step) - longest rod 1700cm x2 high attached to step closest to ground - shortest rod 27cm high attached to step closest to ceiling - each step has two rods attached to it Plus installation

Insulate roof and put up plaster sheets. Materials provided, labour only.

Install PowerPoint in a retail showroom

Repair render on exterior walls as part of first level balcony restoration See attached pictures showing the temporary wall to be removed in place of future metal privacy screen. The walls each side need repairing once removed.

I need a broken power point replaced, will need to supply materials and replace.

Timber batten under verandah has suffered water damage and needs to be removed and replaced, resealed and painted

Re render solid brick internal wall and make good

Two small bathroom cubicles in hospitality venue need to be partially bagged in a light grey colour. Dimensions of walls are: 1x 1300x1270 1x 1300x1070 2x 1200x2350

Recent plumbing work has left me with 13 holes cut in palsterboard. They vary in size from about 600mm*400mm to about 300mm square. I need them patching adn prepared ready for me to paint.
