I am renovating my kitchen so will need a plasterer once the old kitchen has been removed. This will be towards the end of June. Will need to reliable as have a few trades to organize.

Require experienced builder/tradesperson to help with: - Removal of screws that are hard-to-reach and over-tightened, a standard phillips screwdriver or electric screwdriver won't work, would need more suitable tools/force as window cavity means it's too close to access. - Changing height of plate on door, as door won't close properly or lock. - Look at options for gap under door, for noise-proofing and wind-proofing.

I need all remaining gyprock removed from walls and ceiling. I've removed most of the wall gyprock but some still remains and suspended ceiling gyprock needs to be removed measuring 5m x 2.5 m. ceiling height is approximately 3.5m There is a small section of stud wall to be removed approximately 1m x 3.5m. All waste removed from site which will be about 3-4m3 90% of it will be the gyprock. I can add images tomorrow. Cheers.

Gyprock wall patch & partial wall repaint

I need some walls patched and repaired

Hi, I need to move a DGPO from the side wall of our laundry to the rear wall, so that we can install new appliances. Will also need the plaster cutout re-used to infill the hole leftover from the original DGPO (would need some small timber offcuts to brace this). Please see image attached. Would like this done ASAP (ideally within the next couple of days).

Plastering repair needed around fireplace and on walls

Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached. Plastering of a wall to get ready for painting. The wall is approximately 3m x 3m.

I want to have 6 down lights installed and have them on a dimmer. Secondly, I need, maybe three power points installed.

My kitchen has been removed ready for renovation and I require a plasterer to fix the wall ready for a new splash back.

Wall shelf came loose and so we now need to repair holes left by plastering and repainting. It's a small patch, roughly 30cm x 15cm. Keen to get it done this week, as we're moving home end of next week.

Ripped out an old cupboard and found this exposed uneven brick behind it. Gave it a shot today at rendering it, to smooth it out ready for painting but I'm not super confident in my ability to finish the job off
