To install new 2 x double power points in pantry in high rise apartment.

I had a splashback and timber pelmet removed from kitchen. Had the wall above kitchen bench however the gap above kitchen bench was not sealed and is a bit wide. Would like someone to hard plaster down to kitchen bench (angle bead may be required) and sealed with silicon before I paint. Please note existing wall is brick with cement render and hard plaster over. My plan is to redesign and replace kitchen joinery eventually but want this gap sealed in the meantime. Pls reach out if you can assist.

I have had a new split system installed, which is much smaller than the previous one. The wall/cornices have been carved out to the shape of the old unit and now the wall looks damaged around the smaller split system. I need a plasterer to provide a quote and fix it. Ideallythe same person would install the cornice too to match the existing one, I have a cornice at home.

I need my tv mounted and cables hidden behind it with the installation of two double power points on the wall behind it. There is power close by to draw from on the wall beside it 2 meters away and I am ready and willing to help with the installation or anything else needed. Single story home with access to the attic and below the house.

Manufacturer recommends drilling 8mm holes first, then expand to 10mm. I have the masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and rivet awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. Awning is delivered and ready to be installed. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1). I can also assist.

Using power tools, drill a very neatly finished hole though the shelf, to pass a cable down to plug in microwave.

I recently had timber box pelmets removed to 4 x windows in my apartment as am getting curtains installed. After removing the pelmets there are gaps between the window reveal and underside of wall/lintel to each room and partially to the sides of the window reveal. The existing walls are 300mm wide double masonry and there is a painted timber reveal, which extends 110mm past the window frame. I need a builder, carpenter or plasterer for 'make good' works to the gaps located at the underside of the lintel and window head and to the side reveals, to the windows listed below: Windows x 4: Living Room - 2670W x 1510H (Door - 2120H) Kitchen - 1810W x 980H Bed 1 & 2- 1820W x 1510H I have been advised that one solution would be to add FC sheet substrate between window lintel and reveal, fix this to the underside of the wall, add corner bead, caulk gaps and replaster to match walls. The wall is approximately 6–7 metres long with standard ceiling height. The space is straightforward with good access. This will be a main wall in a living area, so a clean, high-quality finish is important.

Looking to have 2/4 walls gyprocked finish. One wall is 4m high x 11.2 m long and the other is 4m high and 7m long (approx).

We require two PowerPoints to be fixed. 1: Kitchen PowerPoint, one socket has stopped working. Black slimline cover. 2: Bathroom PowerPoint within cabinet, switch has become stuck. White slimline cover. We are looking for a qualified electrician to complete the work. Monday / Friday during the day or other days outside of hours is fine.

I have two speaker brackets I'd like to attach to a plasterboard wall. The brackets are one of each of these: 1. https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/symfonisk-wall-bracket-adjustable-black-40508718/#content 2. https://www.ikea.com/es/en/p/symfonisk-shelf-w-wireless-charger-black-70513308/ - The speakers weight 2.5 kg each + 1.5 kg for the heavier bracket (2) so 4.0kg load in total (+ torque etc) - They require 4 holes in the plaster for each bracket. - I don't need any help with setting up the speakers as I have done this myself already. - The wall is plasterboard, and we live on the second floor of an apartment block, and we do not need these mounted into the studs.
