Looking to have 2/4 walls gyprocked finish. One wall is 4m high x 11.2 m long and the other is 4m high and 7m long (approx).

Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24 holes, install using masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and assemble awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. One complication is that the wall is rendered brick, but we still need to locate and drill holes into optimal locations in brick, not mortar (as per manufacturer's pic). Awning is currently in manufacture (Sydney) and will be delivered. Job to start ASAP after delivery. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1).

I have two speaker brackets I'd like to attach to a plasterboard wall. The brackets are one of each of these: 1. https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/symfonisk-wall-bracket-adjustable-black-40508718/#content 2. https://www.ikea.com/es/en/p/symfonisk-shelf-w-wireless-charger-black-70513308/ - The speakers weight 2.5 kg each + 1.5 kg for the heavier bracket (2) so 4.0kg load in total (+ torque etc) - They require 4 holes in the plaster for each bracket. - I don't need any help with setting up the speakers as I have done this myself already. - The wall is plasterboard, and we live on the second floor of an apartment block, and we do not need these mounted into the studs.

2 mirrors need to be removed with a combined length of 8m wide x 2m high. Stuck onto a Perspex and that Perspex has been glued onto drywall. We need it removed and for any holes in the drywall to be fixed.

Looking for a professional to repair a small hole in bathroom plasterboard (~10cm wide). It needs to be filled, sanded and repainted (in one visit if possible). I have a wall repair kit and the 'matching' paint for the topcoat, however you will need to bring your own tools and any other materials. I also need advise on whether the topcoat paint actually seems to match the rest of the bathroom wall paint. Please reach out if you have any questions or may need additional information.
