I would a quote like to fix my hot water heater. It’s a pretty old looking unit, and I’m having trouble with the flow and consistency. Essentially, the hot water is somewhat inconsistent and requires another tap to be on for the hot water unit to kick on and deliver hot water. Plus maybe some small drain/pipe cleaning. It seems the two isolation valves are “broken” and the temp valve is “faulty”. “Could go” for a new hot water heater - compact 15l unit.

My son has an e-bike that is relatively new. It has started making a noise when riding where it seems like something is rubbing on the back wheel. I’d rather just get it fixed locally than going back under warranty. It still rides fine, it’s just the noise that suggests something is rubbing.

I just need the rear tail light re-attached, as per the photos. It’s hopefully an easy enough fix that doesn’t take too long. The light fortunately isn’t going anywhere and is attached in part, but it does need to be fixed. I would imagine it may require one of the plastic panels to be briefly unscrewed and disassembled, and then maybe just some glue to re-attach it to put it back into place? I can absolutely help in any way. I just don’t have the tools, expertise, and possibly the glue if required..
