Hi I need a handyperson with a battery powered concrete drill to install 4 x remote control parking bollard into concrete at metro Brisbane. The bollard has 3 x drill holes, and you'll need to fix with 50 mm deep 8 mm diameter ankascrews or dynabolts (fixings supplied for concrete install). I'm looking for an experienced plasterer to inspect the damage and determine whether the affected areas can be patched or whether sections of plasterboard need to be removed and replaced. Work required Inspect the water-damaged plasterboard Remove any damaged/soft/sagging plasterboard as required Replace damaged sections where necessary Patch, set and sand the repaired areas Leave the ceiling with a smooth, paint-ready finish Remove and dispose of plasterboard/rubbish from the job The water source has been/will be addressed separately. Hi, I recently had to replace my roof and therefore replace three skylights. The ceiling where an old aircon vent needs to be gyprocked along with the interior of the 3 skylights. Two skylights are easily accessible (within bathrooms). The 3rd is located above a stairwell see pics) so it is quite high up.

Soft close door hinge on BBQ door keeps springing back open. Also two cupboard doors that have fallen out of alignment. Hopefully a quick and easy job
