water seems to being leaking from tap or dishwasher, not sure. Not alot of water but a slow leaks underneath the sink cupboard

Two internal doors - normal, timber swinging doors for bedrooms - dont close properly. One hits the top frame like it’s too high, the other doesn’t click close. Might be alignment issues.

The hinges of the door keeps coming off as the place where the screws go in is now very loose

I have a house inspection for my rental on the 20/08 so I need to fix a couple things in my backyard before then. A fire pit was on the concrete for a long period of time with not enough protection underneath, leaving a large burn mark and the clothes line is wonky, I believe something in the hinge is broken, see pictures attached.

We are at the end of a minor renovation and have incurred an injury! There are just a few odds and ends we need done to finish the job. There is a small amount of painting to be done, a panel heater to be hung on a wall, a mirror to be hung and a curtain railing to be hung in a bedroom.

We are going to remove all wall tiles including the plaster on it in two toilets and kitchenette area. 1) Toilet 1 around 2.3M depth x 1.5M width x 2.1M height. A new wall hung vanity will be installed over tiles. Replace all walls with new WR Plasterboard. Only Vanity area replace with 6mm cement sheet. 2) Toilet 2 around 2.3M depth x 1.76M width x 2.1M height. Ensure all original Disabled railing will be reinstalled at the same position. Replace all walls with WR plasterboard. 3) Kitchenette area just 1 wall , 2.3M depth x 2.1M height. Replace only Kitchenette unit Wall. 4) Fix skirting board area damaged plasterboard 5) Fix Damaged wall in warehouse area 6) Fix a few holes inside downstairs area. 7) Refit 3 fire extinguisher brackets on proper noggins. Please only put your offer in if you are an experienced plasterer with good quality work.

We have a couch that is about 7 years old and recently the corner sagged. Is this something you could repair? Budget flexible. Please bid what you think. Thanks

I have four new cup pull handles to replace the old knobs and need them attached to the front of my kitchen drawers. The cups have come with 16 mm screws but these won’t get through the back of the drawer and covering board so you’ll need to bring longer screws please. Each cup needs 2 screws.
