Hi there, I’m in need of a professional handy man to carry out the below tasks for me as I am about to rent my flat and need to fix a few bits and bobs before I do so. The person carrying out the task will need to come with all the required tools, equipment, paint and screwers/ nails required. -Dry wall repair (fill small shallow hole on wall) -Fill small holes on wall caused by nails -Fix and secure x2 curtain hold backs (current screwers not working on the type of wall) -Remove/ unscrew old roll up blinds x2 - Secure fix loose black out curtain hooks that have come undone x2 - Remove tv wall bracket from wall and fill holes on wall caused by nails/ screwers - Tighten/ secure decorative panel of 3 kitchen cupboards - Due date: Flexible

These are the work that needs doing. 1.Laminated flooring on the Lounge-Dinning-Hallway and PV C In the Kitchen. 2.Skirting on top of the laminated floor. 4 .28 X Spotlight Lounge-Hallway-Stairway kitchen and Dinning area. 5. 9 x Dimmer switch and socket Cover. 6.New Newal posts,Spindles and Handrail and base rail. replacement plus decorating . 8.
