The leak has been fixed for some time and the ceiling is now dry, but there are large brown/yellow stains and some uneven paint. Ceiling size: approx. 2.94 m x 1.71 m (about 5 m² / 9'8" x 5'7"). I would like a qualified electrician (can be you or someone you work with) to: Visually inspect the wiring/connection of the ceiling light fitting and any junction boxes above if accessible. Confirm there is no obvious damage or risk from the previous leak. Make any minor safe‑to‑use corrections if needed, or advise if more extensive electrical work is required (to be quoted separately). You should provide: All materials for making good, stain block, filler and ceiling paint (please specify brand and type in your offer). Dust sheets and full clean‑up after the job.
