I need the following work carried out on the front of my property (see photos attached): - Repair and re-render the bottom section of the wall. (Pictured) - Paint exterior window sills black. - Clean the brickwork (especially around the windows). - Fill small areas of missing mortar near the windows. - Sand down and paint the gas meter box. - Paint the guttering. - Clear existing flower bed, lay membrane and prepare it so I can fill with soil. - Clean the patio area at the front. This will need to be done on a clear day.
